IDR is seeking a Associate Proposal Writer to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role involves developing compelling and tailored business proposals within the energy and services industry, supporting internal teams with technical writing and proposal management. The position offers an exciting chance to contribute to a leading organization focused on innovative energy solutions.
Position Overview for the Associate Proposal Writer:
- Develop and customize proposals in response to customer solicitations including RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and synthesize technical and commercial data.
- Create clear, persuasive content that highlights value propositions and aligns with client priorities.
- Support proposal content management by updating and maintaining proposal libraries and templates.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance in all proposal submissions.
Requirements for the Associate Proposal Writer:
- Undergraduate degree in English, Journalism, or Communication.
- Minimum of four years of professional writing experience required.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong project management experience/skills and the ability to maintain composure under pressure.
- Experience using AI writing tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT) to support content creation, with strong judgment to review, refine, and validate all outputs.
