IDR is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Auditor with a focus on healthcare fraud to join one of our top clients in Albany, NY. Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Auditor:

- Must be able to obtain a Moderate Risk Public Trust (MRPT) clearance
- Analyzing financial records and claims data to identify potential fraud, waste, and abuse
- Utilizing SQL and CMS platforms to detect suspicious billing patterns
- Summarizing findings and preparing detailed reports for legal teams
- Conducting research on individuals and businesses
- Collaborating closely with attorneys and investigators to build and strengthen healthcare fraud cases
- This is a 10+ month contract with the possibility of extension
- CPA, MBA, or equivalent required

Required Skills for Auditor:

- 3+ years of general auditing experience
- 2+ years specialized in a similar field 
- Proficiency in SQL and CMS platforms
- Strong writing/reporting skills
- CPA certification
