Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Business Analyst:

• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement

• Develop and deliver clear, insightful analytical reports, recommending process or operational enhancements where applicable

• Ensure thorough documentation of data definitions, reporting outputs, and analysis procedures

• Adhere to established protocols for data quality, consistency, and governance

• Proactively validate data sources and reporting outputs to maintain a high level of accuracy and integrity

• Support cross-functional teams with ad hoc reporting and analysis requests

• Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) and contribute to special projects as assigned

Required Skills for Business Analyst

•  Bachelor's degree in Analytics or Mathematics (or 5+ years of relevant work experience in business, statistical or data analysis)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel & SQL 
• • Knowledge of Business Intelligence, Data Visualization & reporting tools 
• Ability to assimilate facts/data from various sources & develop analysis that provide key business insight
