Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Data Engineer II:

- Collaborate with engineers, analysts, and data scientists to build robust data systems that support multiple game titles
- Design scalable data platforms, ensuring data quality, and delivering insights that drive user experience improvements
- Develop and maintain high-performance ETL pipelines; architect efficient, reliable, and usable data models
- Ensure data governance, security, and compliance
- Report directly to the Manager of the Product Insights Data team and contribute to building title-specific systems, balancing the user experience, and launching data-driven products

Required Skills for Data Engineer II:

- 5+ years of experience as a data/software engineer, including internships and post-bachelor degrees
- Expertise in Python, PySpark, SQL, and tools like Airflow and DBT
- Proficiency in cloud infrastructure (AWS or GCP) and Databricks
- Experience modeling data in large, complex business environments
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
