Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Electrical Engineer:
- Engage in construction oversight and contractor management for a large-scale manufacturing expansion project.
- Review code compliance, specifications, and drawings during the initial 10-12 months of construction.
- Post-construction, focus on electrical power distribution to equipment, supporting commissioning and startup.
- Collaborate with our client's team, including project managers and engineers, to ensure project success.
Required Skills for Electrical Engineer:
- Proven hands-on experience in electrical engineering within manufacturing environments.
- Expertise in managing large capital projects with a focus on electrical scope.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD/AutoCAD Electrical and PLC programming, with Siemens preferred.
- Experience with equipment installations, power distribution, and commissioning.
- Ability to modify OEM logic and implement safety PLC logic, especially for European equipment.
