IDR is seeking a Epic Radiant Analyst to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role focuses on Epic Radiant build and support within the healthcare technology industry, supporting project enhancements and operational maintenance tasks.
Position Overview for the Epic Radiant Analyst:
- Assist with Epic Radiant build and support activities, ensuring system functionality and performance
- Work on change requests, enhancements, and project-related tasks
- Participate in rotation for handling incident tickets to resolve system issues
- Troubleshoot error queues and manage party integrations with Radiant
- Configure workstations and optimize modality workflows
Requirements for the Epic Radiant Analyst:
- Epic Radiant Certified (required)
- At least 2-3 years Epic Radiant build experience (required)
- Experience working on error queues, troubleshooting party integrations with Radiant, modality worklists, and workstation configuration
- Experience with Epic data courier/migrations (preferred)
- Experience with ServiceNow (plus)

pay transparency: 100-105/hr
