Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Frontline Support Specialist:
Our client will officially go live with the Frontline ERP this summer. In preparation for a smooth transition and successful implementation, our client will require a dedicated support resource to assist end users during the initial rollout phase.
This individual will serve as the first point of contact for all user-related inquiries and technical support needs related to the Frontline platform. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Required Skills for the Frontline Support Specialist:
