Position Overview & Responsibilities for the Help Desk Analyst:One of our top clients is looking for a Help Desk Analyst who will be responsible for providing service at their walk-up service desk to resolve incidents/requests, providing remote support using remote desktop tools, assist employees with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of computer hardware – laptops, desktops, peripherals, printers, mobile devices. You will also be responsible for maintaining passwords, data integrity, and file system security for the computing environment. The ideal candidate will have great customer service and communication skills!
Required Skills:- 1+ years’ experience working in an IT Service Desk/Support role
- 1+ years’ experience configuring and troubleshooting Windows & Mac laptops
- 1+ years’ experience with Intune for Endpoint Management
- Knowledge of remote support
- Hands on experience building laptops and re-imaging laptops
- Experience troubleshooting with Mac users & end users over the phone
- Basic Knowledge of Active Directory & Microsoft Teams
