IT Trainer/Content Developer to join one of our top clients in
Atlanta. This role involves providing IT technical training, developing role-based end user training content for IT applications/systems, and maintaining training records within an LMS. Position Overview/Responsibilities for the IT Trainer/Content Developer:- Deliver IT technical training to our client's team
- Develop role-based end user training content for IT applications/systems
- Maintain training records within an LMS
- Travel throughout the client's locations to provide scheduled in-person training classes
- This is a long-term, multi-year contract position
Required Skills for IT Trainer/Content Developer:- Degree in a relevant field
- Experience in IT technical training or with computers, technology, IT applications/systems, and/or end user client support
- Experience in instructional design, visual design, storyboarding, writing instructional text, audio scripts/video scripts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Office 365 applications
- Familiarity with Adobe Captivate, TechSmith Camtasia, Articulate 360/Storyline, ServiceNow, and MS Teams is a plus
- Must have a working reliable vehicle and valid driver's license for travel
