Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Junior Business Analyst:

- Research, gather, and document business requirements in a clear, structured format
- Collaborate with stakeholders and teams to understand project goals and workflows
- Take meeting notes, track follow-ups, and help ensure projects stay on course
- Create and organize content in Confluence and SharePoint
- Assist in managing tasks and project workflows in Jira
- Support QA/testing teams by helping document test cases and logging feedback

Required Skills for Junior Business Analyst:

- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Bachelor's degree (in English, Business, Information Systems, Communications, or related field)
- Comfortable doing research, asking questions, and working with a variety of teams
- Interest in technology and IT projects
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint
- Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
