IDR is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Los Angeles, California. This role will support a leading company in the gaming industry by driving lifecycle and CRM marketing initiatives that strengthen player engagement and retention. The ideal candidate will partner cross-functionally with marketing, product, and analytics teams to launch, optimize, and measure campaigns across email and mobile channels.
Position Overview for the Lifecycle Marketing Manager:
- Lead the strategy, execution, QA, and delivery of lifecycle marketing campaigns across email and push notification channels.
- Build and manage audience journeys, segmentation strategies, and personalized communications to improve engagement and retention.
- Partner with marketing, product, publishing, and analytics teams to plan campaigns and translate results into actionable insights.
- Coordinate with creative and production partners to support campaign development, localization, and quality assurance.
- Evaluate campaign performance, refine testing approaches, and help improve future lifecycle marketing effectiveness.
Requirements for the Lifecycle Marketing Manager:
- 4+ years of experience working with CRM and email marketing platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Iterable, Braze, or similar tools.
- Proven ability to create and optimize lifecycle marketing campaigns with measurable business impact.
- Strong understanding of A/B testing, experimentation, and campaign performance measurement.
- Experience collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and analytics stakeholders.
- Gaming industry experience is highly preferred.
