IDR is seeking a Program Support Coordinator to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Emeryville, CA. This role supports the Office of Well-Being within a large healthcare organization, focusing on administrative and program coordination to enhance system-wide initiatives. The position provides high-visibility support to executive leadership and collaborates with multiple stakeholders.
Position Overview for the Program Support Coordinator:
- Coordinate and support OWB programs, meetings, and initiatives across multiple stakeholders (often 60+ participants)
- Prepare, format, and distribute slide decks, agendas, pre-reads, and follow-up materials
- Manage the OWB program and operating calendars, including ongoing updates and maintenance
- Track metrics and support Monthly Operating Reviews
- Draft and send communications to targeted hospital and system stakeholders (using existing templates)
Requirements for the Program Support Coordinator:
- Experience in program coordination, executive support, or administrative project support
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Experience with SharePoint, Teams, and calendar management
- Comfortable coordinating large meetings and working with senior leaders
