IDR is seeking a Project Coordinator to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role is in the energy and utilities industry, providing essential operational and administrative support within our client's incident management team. The position offers an excellent chance to be part of a dynamic organization focused on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
Position Overview for the Project Coordinator:
- Provide operational and administrative support to the incident management function.
- Coordinate meetings, document updates, and track action items across multiple teams.
- Support incident resolution efforts by organizing artifacts, communications, and reports.
- Demonstrate high attention to detail, organization, and proactive problem-solving.
- Build relationships across departments and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Requirements for the Project Coordinator:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, or 1-3 years of incident operations experience.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to perform independent data analysis and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across various teams.
- Experience with SAP or certifications aimed at improving operational efficiency is a plus.
