IDR is seeking a PTC Change Analyst to join one of our industry-leading clients in Fort Worth, TX. This is a long-term contract opportunity for a sharp, organized professional with a strong interest in technology and IT processes. The ideal candidate will help manage and support the client’s Change Management lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and effective communication across teams.
Responsibilities:Review and process change requests using the BMC Remedy ITSM platform in alignment with the client’s Change Management procedures.
Maintain and update Change Management templates and manage system user access.
Provide first-level support for general Change Management questions and tool usage.
Prepare and distribute weekly change communications to internal stakeholders.
Build and maintain strong working relationships across the client’s teams.
Basic understanding of IT systems (applications, databases, telecommunications).
Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) best practices and ITIL concepts.
Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Experience with ITIL-based Change Management processes.
Hands-on experience with tools like BMC Remedy or ServiceNow.
Reporting and analysis skills using Tableau, SAP Business Objects, or similar tools.
Knowledge of CMDBs and configuration item relationships.
