IDR is seeking a RPA Developer to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Austin, Texas. This role is with a company specializing in IT administrative applications, focused on designing and maintaining automation solutions that transform complex data sources. The position offers an exciting chance to work in a fast-paced, Agile environment on innovative robotic process automation and document processing projects.

Position Overview for the RPA Developer:

• Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions using RPA technologies such as Blue Prism, Power Automate, and Azure
• Collaborate across teams to create document ingestion and analysis workflows for large, multi-page PDFs and data packages
• Perform solution design and implementation, including automation testing and troubleshooting
• Support infrastructure needs related to RPA and document processing frameworks
• Continuously improve automation processes and document intelligence solutions for efficiency and accuracy

Requirements for the RPA Developer:

• Hands-on experience with RPA development, with at least 4 years specifically using Blue Prism, including attended and unattended bots interacting with web sites
• Experience with RPA integration with APIs and Databases including RESTful web services and SQL DBs
• Experience developing reports and/or documents based on structured/unstructured data
• Experience building analytics based on structured/unstructured data
• Proficiency in Azure infrastructure troubleshooting or Power Automate development including Power Automate Desktop and Power Automate Cloud Flows
