IDR is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to join one of our top clients for a hybrid opportunity in Waltham, MA. This role involves supporting global revenue operations within a dynamic software/SaaS organization, focusing on data analysis, forecasting, and process improvement to drive business growth.
Position Overview for the Sales Operations Analyst:
- Provide internal business partners with meaningful and actionable insights into business drivers, financial performance, and risks through regular reporting and ad-hoc analysis
- Assist with annual sales planning, including quota setting and influencing compensation plan design
- Work cross-functionally with various stakeholders and organizations to define, implement, and refine planning processes
- Provide renewal sales leaders with forecast data and information to track monthly and quarterly projections
- Develop and evolve key performance indicators to help drive sales revenue and projections
Requirements for the Sales Operations Analyst:
- 5+ years of proven experience in Sales or Renewal Operations within a software/SaaS sales organization
- Forecasting & pipeline analysis experience (monthly/quarterly cadence)
- Advanced experience with Excel + Power BI (or Tableau)
- CRM experience (Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, etc.)
- Experience supporting senior stakeholders (Director/VP level+)
