IDR is seeking a Senior Manager, Ad Offerings and Partnerships to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Bolingbrook, Illinois. This role is focused on leading the strategy, development, and management of offsite advertising solutions within a retail media network, supporting advertiser growth through innovative product offerings and strong platform partnerships.

Position Overview for the Senior Manager, Ad Offerings and Partnerships :

• Owns the strategy, roadmap, and partner ecosystem for offsite ad offerings across programmatic and paid social channels.
• Leads end-to-end ad product development, discovery, launch, and scaled adoption processes.
• Develops clear product narratives, success metrics, and commercialization plans to drive engagement and revenue.
• Manages relationships with key platform partners such as The Trade Desk, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Pinterest.
• Collaborates across teams including Sales, Product, IT, Audience, Measurement, and Operations to deliver integrated advertising solutions.

Requirements for the Senior Manager, Ad Offerings and Partnerships :

• 7+ years of experience in digital advertising, with direct hands-on execution experience and/or proven oversight of teams within agency or platform environments.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Account Management, Product, IT, and Measurement teams.
• Experience managing platform relationships, including commercial negotiations, capability alignment, and joint planning.
• Ability to translate platform capabilities into scalable client offerings and best practices.
• Highly organized, execution-focused, and comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving environments.
