IDR is seeking a Solution Architect to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in California. This role involves working within a healthcare organization that focuses on innovative health IT solutions, especially within the Epic ecosystem, to support operational and strategic initiatives.
Position Overview for the Solution Architect:
- Determine the most effective software design strategy for market differentiation and growth
- Interpret leadership requirements to produce solutions that conform to business requirements
- Maintain a high proximity to novel concepts within the healthcare space to remain agile and current
- Advance the organization's IS software portfolio to meet focal business demands
- Lead architectural discussions and communicate technological advancements to stakeholders
Requirements for the Solution Architect:
- Minimum of five (5) years of healthcare operational experience
- Minimum of five (5) years healthcare information systems experience with a broad understanding of integration technologies
- REQUIRED - population health epic experience (AKA Healthy Planet)
- Demonstrated proficient knowledge in healthcare system software as it relates to the enterprise IT ecosystem
- Proven ability to lead projects, provide consultative guidance, and meet deadlines
