IDR is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Program Coordinator to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role supports the organization’s strategic sourcing initiatives within a dynamic, industry-leading environment focused on procurement and supplier management.

Position Overview for the Strategic Sourcing Program Coordinator:

• Manage the end-to-end administration of RFx events (RFI, RFP, RFQ), ensuring timelines, documentation, and supplier interactions align with organizational policies.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for RFx communications, coordinating supplier invitations, Q&A, addenda, and submission tracking.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Legal, Finance, and procurement stakeholders to ensure compliance and clarity.
• Maintain complete, audit-ready documentation of sourcing activities, decisions, and approvals.
• Assist in analyzing supplier responses, including bid summaries, pricing, and nonfinancial data, to support evaluation processes.

Requirements for the Strategic Sourcing Program Coordinator:

• Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of proposal experience/development, sales operations, or bid management
• Ability to manage multiple, simultaneous projects under strict deadlines, coordinating inputs from cross-functional teams (sales, legal, finance)
• Experience with eSourcing tools; Oracle Fusion preferred
• Certification from the Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP) is considered a strong plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
