IDR is seeking a System Administrator to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Golden, Colorado. This organization operates within the technology sector, providing network infrastructure and cybersecurity solutions for various industries. The role involves managing and supporting complex network systems to ensure optimal performance and security.
Position Overview for the System Administrator:
- Install, configure, and support LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and Internet systems or segments of network infrastructure.
- Analyze workflow, access, information, and security requirements to ensure efficient network operations.
- Maintain network and security hardware and software, including applying security patches and updates.
- Monitor network performance to ensure high availability and perform necessary maintenance tasks.
- Plan, coordinate, and implement network security measures and maintain security policies.
Requirements for the System Administrator:
- Relevant degree or diploma in Information Systems or Information Technology.
- Microsoft MCSE certification.
- Experience administering server-side technology and networked computing systems.
- Familiarity with SQL and database operations.
- Skill sets including Microsoft, Cisco, Meraki, Palo Alto NGFW, Unix, Linux, VMWare; experience with scripting and automation tools like PowerShell and Jenkins is preferred.

Pay Transparency: 50-53/hr W2
