IDR is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Dallas, Texas. This role offers a chance to work within a high-availability data center environment, supporting critical infrastructure operations. The position involves managing day-to-day data center activities, troubleshooting complex issues, and supporting monitoring platforms to ensure operational excellence.
Position Overview for the Site Reliability Engineer:
- Lead daily data center operations and support escalations in a 24/7 environment
- Serve as a senior technical resource, driving operational excellence and troubleshooting infrastructure issues
- Support Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM) and monitoring platforms
- Assist with project execution and vendor relations for new data center tools
- Bring strong data center experience, leadership abilities, and high responsiveness in healthcare environments
Requirements for the Site Reliability Engineer:
- Associates degree in IT or related field
- 4+ years of experience with Data Center Operations and DCIM support
- Hands-on experience with System monitoring tools (e.g. Dynatrace, Datadog)
- Understanding of Windows Infrastructure (Active Directory)
- Familiarity with APIs & System integrations (Highly Preferred)
