IDR is seeking a TA Coordinator to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in El Segundo, California. This role supports the Talent Acquisition team by coordinating interview processes, onboarding, and candidate communication to ensure a smooth hiring experience. The company operates within a fast-paced corporate environment focused on delivering exceptional talent acquisition services.
Position Overview for the TA Coordinator:
- Manage onsite and remote interview coordination with hiring managers and recruiters.
- Assist in creating and delivering accurate offer letters within expected timeframes.
- Monitor the onboarding process, ensuring timely completion of new hire documentation and requirements.
- Schedule and support interviews across multiple time zones, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding activities, including mailing welcome packs and coordinating new hire gifts.
Requirements for the TA Coordinator:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Talent Acquisition Operations SME in a fast-paced corporate TA team.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
- Daily experience with SuccessFactors Recruiting Module or related ATS.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with employees at all levels, including executives and individual contributors.
- Excellent business communication skills, both written and spoken, with high attention to accuracy and detail.
