IDR is seeking a Technical Support Engineer - UX to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in San Diego, California. This organization specializes in technology and platform services, focusing on delivering exceptional customer support for their enterprise solutions.
Position Overview for the Technical Support Engineer - UX:
- Manage and resolve complex issues related to the ServiceNow platform, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to support and improve platform functionality
- Serve as the last point of escalation within technical support, driving issues to resolution
- Provide proactive guidance and tactical engagement on critical platform issues
- Maintain technical expertise in assigned product areas and deliver training as needed
Requirements for the Technical Support Engineer - UX:
- 2+ years of professional work experience in a technical support or related role
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Proficiency in frontend browser debugging
- Ability to decode JSON strings using JavaScript
- Strong understanding of frontend vs. backend development concepts
